Motorcycle racing is managed in Australia by Motorcycling Australia www.ma.org.au

A racing licence issued by Motorcycling Australia is required to be involved in Australia. To get one join an affiliated motorcycle club, apply to the Local Controlling Body [LCB] for the licence and you are ready.

This web site began with a simple idea fueled by a passion to help all sidecar activity grow. As a group of people who have enjoyed the thrill of sidecar racing, we hope newcomers can come on board. Our approach is based on presenting correct information, to newcomers and reflects our commitment to promoting sidecars of any discipline.

Some teams complain about the costs involved, or the fact that older riders are not selling their machines, that is for others to deal with, nothing is free in life and past racers can still dream!

Our view is to simply encourage newcomers and let the naysayers gripe elsewhere until they see the benefit of our work of encouragement.
